User Intex 1200 Gph Krystal Clear Sand Filter Pump Only with Hayward S180T ProSeries Sand Filter?

I have an Intex Pump that is missing the sand tank. I also have a Hayward S180T ProSeries Sand Filter. Any issues with using them together? Will the pump be able to push the water through the slightly larger sand filter tank effectively? I think the original sand tank that came with the pump was 10in. The pool is 700 gallon stock tank.

If you can plumb it together, it should work. A larger filter I would imagine has less restriction than the smaller 10” sand filter did.

I could see the reverse being a problem too large a pump and too small a filter would put a lot of pressure on the filter possibly causing a leak or failure of the filter housing.
