Used filter / pump - Is this a good deal?

This seems to be a pretty good deal for a used de filter & pump that would (I think) fit my needs. Anyone experts in this forum see a problem if I was to pick this up?

Equipment Upgrade is Finally Happening!

A friend of mine has this particular filter and DE filter canister housing and pipe cracked over the winter since they left water in it. I'm actually looking for a replacement. I found the canister on eBay for $ 157 and a canister itself new goes for about 200 to 250. Their pool is currently green since they don't have any filtration and they want me to help them but they're stalling on getting replacement filter.

I know some of the pictures however they don't have a Hayward pump on it they actually have a GE motor. Never seen that before. I've always seen Hayward's on this Perflex model Wondering if it's OEM or if it's a replacement motor. Its a 1hp GE model 1081 pool pump.

$150 for a whole new unit. Either way it looks like you got a good deal. If this unit is still up for grabs I like to know
