Trying to reclaim my pool...

Good morning!

Here are my most recent test results:
FC: 10.0 (though I did add chlorine to bring it up to 16 right after I took this test)
CC: 2.0
pH: 7.6
TA: 250
CYA: 40
CH: 125

I've been slamming the pool for a few days now and now I'm wondering if I can also work on the CH while i'm in the process of slamming, or should I wait until my FC/CC are clear? I know TA is also high but since I'm slamming at the moment maybe I'll wait on that one for now? Is there an ideal way of resolving my poo issues? I just went for the SLAM since my pool water was looking a little green so it just seemed logical to me at the time but now I'm wondering if I should put my attention elsewhere? Besides the Chlorine, I did add liquid stabilizer to bring my CYA up as it was pretty low before I started the SLAM.

Thanks for any help!

Focus on SLAM - specifically FC levels. You can add CH after SLAM is finished, and TA will be lowered every time you add muriatic acid to get your pH back into the 7's. Given your high TA, I'd target 7.0 when you get to 8.0, but it will take a number of acid additions to lower TA.

TA is not a major concern, it only causes pH rise.

Wait until you are done slamming.

Deal with TA after the slam.
