Trouble with Infiniti Spa (leak)

I think the top loop is cracked, I know the waterproofing was done wrong before and after jackhammer as it’s an all tile spa with four weir walls and no waterproofing on positive side except two inches.

There is a Hartford loop and the top pipe is the air line. So it is probably one of the lines around the spa. If the water level stops a specific water depth, that is where the leak is probably located.

I’m hoping builder assists and doesn’t bail not the $ I’m worried about but it will be hard to find someone to fix it
