Trouble with Dolphin Deluxe 4

We bought a house last fall that came with a pool. We have a Maytronix Deluxe 4 robot. It’s worked fine up till now. One time the track slipped off the roller but that was an easy fix. We put it in the pool yesterday and it won’t move. It also seems to want to float. I checked the rollers and track and cleaned a little debris - there wasn’t much. I took the cover off and there was a little debris in the impeller area and cleaned it out. Both the rollers and impeller turn freely when I move them with the system off. I did the diagnostic where you turn it on it’s back and turn it on. The rollers don’t want to move. If I give it a little jump start they move. But when I put it back in the pool it doesn’t move. It’s pushing water out of the top (like normal) but it seems to want to float. Normally when I put it in the pool it sinks to the bottom. Any ideas? I know it’s old but I don’t have the budget for a brand new one right now

Good news! I took it to a pool store to run a diagnostic on it. It cost $45 but I thought it was at least worth finding out what was wrong with it. They called today and said that it had a bolt that was bent. They had a spare one laying around so all it cost to fix it was the cost of the diagnostic!! I had just about resigned myself to having to get a new one. Woo how!!!!
