The Pool Sync app notified me that a new FW was available; when I initiate the process at the prompt it said its started and in process, but never seems to progress or finish successfully - no error messages either. Just keeps notifying me that new FW available!... Any ideas to complete the process successfully? - thanks!

To be honest, I have never heard of something called the Pool Sync. Maybe more detail, including the Brand Name, would help.
