I measured my fiberglass pool a week ago, and I am within 3/8". It can be done, the installer just needs to care like swimcmp seems to care.

My Trilogy pool was installed in 2009 and is now 2 1\2 inches off. the deep end is 5 inches from the top of the concrete and the shallow is 2 1/2 inches from the concrete. don't know if the pool has moved, but no concrete is cracked by that low side. we are near the beach in NC and it it built on sand and clay base. any ideas?
I also have a chaulky white fade where the water line is and below. any ideas how to get the color back. everytime it rains and the water level rises, the white parts shows up higher.

dancingcats if your pool shell isn't seperated from the concrete and the concrete hasn't cracked then it has probably been like that from day one. The only other possibility is that one end has settled over time. Is your pool a white finish or a color finish. You might try a scale remover for the chaulky white fade.
