Top Cap - Winter Cover Stains

Hi All,
I just opened the pool to get ready for the summer season to discover it appears the winter cover we were using has stained the top caps of the pool. We have one of those winter covers that is silver / black and I winterized it black side up. Didn't think it really mattered. I'd like to clean these top caps to get them looking like new again. The pool is only 2 years old and looks really bad. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

I think I'd reach for a Mr Clean Magic Eraser and see what it does. At the grocery store.

well, worth a shot. The scrubbing I've done lately hasn't done anything.
