I just saw that movie for the first time ever this year. I wouldn't have understood how hilarious ... and maybe even awesome that is without seeing it. All the cast and extras did a great job in that scene!!!

I pretty much lived that movie. Our frat house looked eerily like Delta house, two story white with columns out front. We even had a basement with graffiti painted all over the walls (neon paint, of course, with plenty of blacklights). Dark panelling throughout, and dingy, puke stained carpet. And yes, we had a toga party.
I can't believe now that I actually lived there. I wouldn't even allow my kids to walk into such a place.
This is from the 60's, twenty years before I was there, when it still looked passable.
