Through Wall Heater Venting

Construction is wrapping up and our heater (Hayward H250FDN) was installed yesterday and vented through side wall of pool house as we had requested to avoid roof penetrations which are not permitted on front facing elevations in our city. The vent install left a lot to be desired in terms of aesthetics. Looking to see if anyone has any recommendations how this can be vented in a more inconspicuous fashion. Thank you.

The pool house looks really nice from the exterior. You may want to post a layout of the interior for all to see how you set it up.

Considering the heater does put out a lot of hot exhaust and you do not want rain water to enter it, I personally do not think the vent looks that bad. From the picture, we cannot tell if that faces the pool or a yard or a neighbor so that could impact my initial reaction.

One idea - was it necessary for the vent to exit right at the eave level? Could it be moved down 1 ft? Also, possibly, could they put a downward facing ell to move the T vent lower? Or conversely can the ell go upwards and it would look similar to how the vent would have exit the roof. There must be some guidelines that a vent has to be so far from the building wall so that may be driving the reason for the existing setup.

Here are the overview photos, it is on the neighbors side but still visible as you pull into our driveway and from street. I’m just a stickler for detail and was hoping there is a more discrete solution. The pipe runs above a bathroom ceiling so that is as low as we can have it exit on wall.
