Tested today as my son is having friends over on Saturday. If I need to add any chemicals, I wanted to do it today.
pH - 7.8
FC - 5.5
CC - 0
TC - 5.5
Calcium Hardness - 200
Total Alkalinity - 100
CYA - 50
Salt - 3400
Water Temp - 72 degrees
Pool Math is recommending 30 lbs of Calcium Chloride to bring up the Calcium Hardness. 113 oz. of Liquid Stabilizer to bring up the CYA. 22 lbs of Salt to bring up the Salt level.
For the Total Alkalinity, it is saying "To lower TA, reduce pH to 7.0 - 7.2 with acid and then aerate to increase pH." Muriatic Acid I'm assuming? If so, how much?
Anything jump out to everyone that is an absolute MUST at this time? I was thinking about only adding the Liquid Stabilizer right now to bring up the CYA, but not worry about the other items. Thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
