TF-100 CYA mixing bottle - how much water/reagent?

First time trying the test kit (using the pre-made sample) and need a little help.

The paper and video instructions state:
Fill the red-capped CYA mixing bottle to the bottom of the label with pool water. Now, fill the bottle to the top of the label with R-0013. Mix, then wait at least 30 seconds. Shake once more.

But my bottle does not have a label. What it does have is markings at 7.5ml, 15 ml, and 30ml.
So am I supposed to use the 15ml and 30 ml marks for filling?

Yes, use the 15 & 30.

cool - so 50:50 water to reagent. That I can do. In fact I tried with the sample bottle from the kit and am getting used to "glancing". for the dot. I really like the option to get premixed samples, to practice testing.
