Do you toss out last years test solutions or use them until finished ? I purchesd the test kit last year and then went they went on sale again later winter or early spring however still have some test solutions from last years kit so wanted to check if there might be a shelf life or issue waiting until I empty one to replace it with the newer bottle

Test reagents are usually good for 2 years if stored properly.
If you begin getting some funky results that fail a reasonability test then pull out new solution and give it a try.
