Termites and bugs destroying liner?

Hello
I have a 2 year old semi in ground pool with new liner by Findlay. I believe it’s supposed to be 18 gauge. At the end of last season I had to have a leak detection company come and patch atleast 10 holes mostly around the cove. Now at the end of this season same issue though the holes were mostly around the waterline.
It was suggested I have termites, which have never been an issue around my house so I didn’t that that was it.
However the more I read about it does seem to make sense that is my issues.
At the end of this season I was starting to see little brown thin floating bugs by the skimmer.
I didn’t take pics of them at the time but found them in the filter cartridges and took some pics.
Does this look familiar to anyone?
thanks

It's hard to tell from the photos. Google "springtail bugs" and take a look for yourself.

hi
Thanks good call, they do look like those springtail bugs in this video

I’m not sure if that means I don’t also have termites eating through the liner.

I peeled back the liner and found this guy right behind one of the patches.

I guess it looks like the springtail as well.
I am going to call terminus next week.
