Taking the Polaris P39 out of the water

My Polaris P39 lives in the pool 24/7. So its 106 degrees today and some people are coming over to swim. I disconnected it and took it out of the pool and put it in the shade. But it's still 106 out there and will be completely dried out by the time I put it back in.

Does this damage the Pool sweep and/or hoses in the long run. Does it make it susceptible to cracking or anything like that?

Keep direct sun off of it. I am sure new cleaners being shipped via truck are seeing even higher temperatures so yours in the shade shall be fine.

Well its not the temperature as much as the drying out of something that is constantly wet. The high temperature, drying it out completely the rubber wheels, gaskets, and plastic.
Drying it won't be an issue. Keep it in the shade, if possible, with the hose laid out straight. Do not coil it or it will take that shape and need to be replaced. I do that ever time my pool is used, have been for decades, with no problems.
