TA way out of whack

so drained about 60-70 % pool yeserday, refilled, added yellow out and 1 gallon liq chlorine 3 hrs ago, just tested 5min ago

now yellow out directions say wait 12 hrs before adding 1 gallon more chlorine, then another 12 hrs after that? should I get that up to 3ppm now or follow yellow out directions, anyone have any experiences good or bad using yellow out? and chlorine before suggested times to add more?

Since you did add the yellow out, I would follow their directions for now. Someone with more experience might be along soon to offer more of an expert opinion. After you have finished following the yellow out procedure keep your FC no lower than 5ppm for a CYA level of 60. If your pH doesn't rise some, get it up to 7.5ish.
