Swimpure Plus replaced board, but no option to select cell type- not producing chlorine

we had a lightening storm a few weeks ago, and my board stopped working. I replaced the circuit board and all seems to be working except there doesn’t seem to be any chlorine output when testing the water.
I did notice there is no option to select the cell type since I’ve replaced the board (t15). Any ideas on what could be going on?

Either you have an old bd before the r1.50 or a cloned 3rd party mainboard that rarely gets the support from other members here.
Can you show us a picture of the mainboard?
Also, run the diagnostics and post the numbers here.

This is what the Hayward OEM GLX-PCB-RITE looks like for reference. Notice the Labels and serial number at the bottom?

This is the old and new boards side by side
The old bd is an OEM with the newest software r1.59 and if the problem is No Display and No LED you can reference this yt video and this or perhaps get someone to fix it for you.
Otoh, the new replacement bd is a non-OEM and I cannot help you with it.
But based on the diagnostics, it seems to be working fine.

If the swcg can not keep up with the daily chlorine demand, you may have an algae bloom. Do an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test. Moving forward, I'm pretty sure other members can point you in the right direction in maintaining your water chemistry.

Thank you! I hope it is working and just trying to catch up with the chlorine demand. I have left a message with my pool guy, hopefully he can figure it out if not. I just don’t get why I wouldn’t have the option to select the cell type with new board…
