I have an in ground spa attached to my pool. My spa has 4 jets. My old 1 HP blower gave out. So I went and bought a 2 HP replacement. When I read the instructions it said to the 2HP blower was appropriate for spas with 12 to 14 jets. So my question is did I buy too much power? I’m now worried about putting to much horse power through my 4 jets and rupturing a line. Can anyone offer any guidance here?
Swapped 1HP spa blower for 2HP one. Is this ok?

You are not going to rupture a line.
