Super Chlorinate Button not working

When I switch to Super Chlorinate, the Super Chlorinate light does not come on or comes on after 30 seconds or so.
The Super Chlorinate button in important because a number of the reset functions depend on switching to Super Chlorinate as part of the reset process.
Otherwise, the Aqua Rite works fine.
Any ideas?

Hello Chris.... my first question is what is your water temp? I'll be a bit surprised if your SWG was still working if the water is cold. Most stop working between water temps 50º-60º .
