Im sure most of you all ready know this but ill post anyways because i was excited to find something that works.
I have a summer waves pool with side skimmer and intex sand filter pump.
I was trying to find a way to change out the return jet because the summer waves jet is badically 1.25. My intex pool last year was about 3/4 or 1/2. So my intex pool return was powerful but summer waves not so much.
Im sorry for not taking pictures before assembly.
Stock return. Was the lock ring and 90 diverter.
I used 1.25 pvc conduit box adapter to slip in lock ring. Fit perfect.
I used 1.5 coupling slip on top of the box apapter. I might be able to find a shorter coupling but this is what lowes had.
I used pvc 1.5 to .5 bushing adapter i think is what its called. Dont quote me on this part. Ill have to look recipt but pics should show some part numbers.
Threaded on inside of pool fitting fine. Now have strong return jet.
