Suggestions for new salt water pool

Hello all. So happy I found this site, been reading, learning, and getting more confused for over a week now!! I am wanting to purchase a salt water above ground pool from the internet. 27 or 30 foot round. Looking at the saltwater 8000 and LX from the pool factory and the saltwater ultimate from Royal swimming pools. Went to several pool dealers this weekend and of course they all tried to steer me clear of the salt water, but they also didn't really have any "salt water pools" for sale. Any reason to be afraid of saltwater with any of my proposed pools?? Probably going with the circupool RJ45 or + for the SWG. Aqua Pro 24" 2hp 2speed sand filter. Was also wanting to go with a 25ga expandable overlap liner so we can bowl the center of the pool deeper. But if we do this the foam boards underneath the pool wouldn't work would they?? Would love to hear your suggestions and experiences!! I'm sure that will be many more questions to follow. Thanks for the great info here!!!

Saltwater is absolutely the way to go IMO. You don't need other chemicals so pools stores don't like them.

The Intex/Coleman pools are steel and do see some rust over time when using saltwater (though will rust from no salt water also) so non-steel is best, but definitely not an absolute requirement. Resin Hybrid pool would be best bet for saltwater.
