Hello! I have had an Intex steel frame 18’ for two years. I want to go to a permanent pool. I like Oval so I can possibly do some laps. Liked the 15’ x 30’ Morada but wanting to see if there is a better price online. Watson’s in Cincinnati quoted 5k (does not include ladder, pump or installation)

Hi, welcome to TFP! Even though pool season is winding down prices are still outrageous. Everyone wants a pool due to the pandemic and there has not been enough supply to meet demand. If your Intex is in decent shape you could probably sell it on Craigslist without much problem. Good luck finding a better deal on a pool, and finding one in stock if you want to install this season. If you can wait, you might be able to find a better deal this winter.

Have you checked out 'the pool factory' or 'royal swimming pools' online? They both have a variety of pools and get good reviews. If you buy online, you'll likely find a cheaper price; however, you'll have to find someone to install unless you want to do it yourself. Typically, around mid to late Feb, the pool factory puts their pools on a 40% off sale, but this year they are having issues keeping any pools in stock, so I doubt anyone will have good sales any time soon.
