Log out of the PM app then log back in.I renewed my Pool Math subscription automatically via iTunes. I have the email receipt from apple, but I cannot add to logs. the app says my subscription expired but does not show the renewal. I don’t have an email for the app, so I thought I’d post this here.
Just tried that and got the same screen I just added to my post.Log out of the PM app then log back in.
For future - this is in the WikiIt is working now On both devices.
i was not sure what the restore subscription option would do. But all is well now. As a 40-year software engineer I am used to such quirks. Thanks again for a great app!For future - this is in the Wiki
Sometimes the app isn't properly informed when your subscription renews.
If this happens, please try going into the Upgrade to Premium section of the slide out menu in the app.
Next, tap the Restore Subscription button.
This should recover your subscription and allow you to keep on swimming!
If you're still having trouble, please go to the About TFP section of the slide out menu, and under the Account ID section, tap the Copy Account ID button, and paste that into an email to [email protected]
We will validate that you have paid for a subscription and adjust the expiry date to fix it for you. Sorry for the hassle!
