Subscription not renewing

Good day all,
So my subscription renews June 12. Yesterday I tried using pool math and it said premium subscription required. I pressed subscribe and I was back in. This morning same thing pops up. Why isn’t it subscribing me? On my iPhone under my Apple ID under subscriptions pool math is listed there and says renews now June 12 of 2024. Any suggestions?

For anyone who finds this thread in the future, you can try this:
  1. Open Poolmath.
  2. Tap the three-line menu button in the upper left corner.
  3. Tap "About TFP".
  4. Tap "Restore Subscription".
It won't work for everyone, but it's quick and worth trying before more time-consuming fixes like reinstalling or sending an email.

However, all my historical logs were not showing. I sent an email to TFP Support and within moments received the following reply that solved the issue. Posting here for anyone else who has the same issue (#2 did the trick for me). Great support from Lee at TFP!

"Odds are great that your data is showing on the server, but it hasn't synced to your device. Please try the following steps to get your data back:

1. Pull down to refresh. This might help sync the data.
2. If that doesn’t work, log out and log back in using the same method you originally did. If you used social login at first, you must use the same social login now.
3. If these steps fail, try deleting the app and reinstalling it. This should help reset any syncing issues."
