Stupid question about shock and CYA

Hey everyone, is anyone familiar with HTH shock and swim? It doesn't list stabilizer or CYA or any variant of it as an ingredient, but besides 12.5% liquid chlorine, the shock and swim is all I have added and my already high CYA went higher, it was at 80 and now it's at100, I stopped adding pucks and started trying to get the FC up to 31 for a Slam, had a lot of trouble with that, I finally got the FC to 31 and the CC is at 0.5 or less, one drop with my Taylor K2006 and the test went clear at 10ml sample size. All I can think of is the shock and swim had some stabilizer, I was running late for work the other night and decided to grab a bag of shock and swim from the pool box instead of going downstairs to grab the liquid and I feel my laziness has bit me, any ideas? Thank you.

Over the weekend the last puck was gone in the floater, checking the CYA just like everyone said, the pool water to 7ml, add reagent to 14ml mix it and check on nice sunny days, back to the sun down at waist level, look away and look back so I'm not fixated on the dot, my previous kit was impossible to tell, the K2006 was first time definitely black dot gone and it was between 70-80, this morning was a beautiful day and I decided to check CYA as well as FC and CC and it was definitely 100. We have gotten rain and it definitely added about 2 inches to my pool, wouldn't figure my CYA would go up? Do the pucks take a couple of extra days to actually raise the CYA once they are dissolved?

And I think I figured out why I couldn't get to FC 31 despite adding a gallon extra beyond what pool math called for, after reading other threads I guess I made a newbie mistake and let the antifreeze into the pool

It can take a little extra time for the CYA to register, normally once it is completely dissolved it will show up on the test. Also there is a +/- 10ppm margin of error on the test as well.
