Stringy white foamy stuff?

Eye Tears Ph ranges from 6.8-7-4. I try to keep mine, 7.2-7.4. Is your nephew using some type of cream for the dry skin? It could be that.

My son’s eyes are sensitive also…they turn red & get itchy. I bought him some cool googles & he loves them. He no longer has red itchy eyes, can see better underwater (where he likes to spend most of his time lol) & gets UV protection for his eyes too.
