Starting in 2 weeks with fresh water

starting a 23k pool with fresh liner and water. will be filling from the hose, so did a water test with my new kit and here are the results. just want to make sure I am getting it right:
PH is 7.4 this is OK
FC is 0 (ofcourse) . Using pool math app, i need to add just 1 Gallon on chlorine 16%.. is this correct ?
Salt is 200ppm. need to add 600lbs to being it to 3000ppm... sounds right.
CYA is also zero, i've ordered 10lbs of dry CYA and realized i'll need to add 4-5 more lbs
TA is 50 (will leave it for now)
CH is 50 i guess this is OK

anything else i will need to add or think about ?

Sounds pretty good. I'd suggest only adding 3/4 of the salt and CYA and letting that mix in well then wait a day and retest. You don't want to overshoot it if you can help it.

Also- keep your SWG *off* when adding all that. Don't turn it on for a day after everything is dissolved and well mixed. Use Liquid Chlorine until then and then whenever you turn on the SWG let it maintain your FC.

Also, since the water is new , should I skip the filter and only recirculate the water using the pump ?
