standpipe assembly replacement part

Hello we have had our pool for going on three years now and starting it back up it was not filtering properly upon advice from the local pool store we decided to change the sand when doing that we noticed that the standpipe was cracked we decided to order another one but when we got the replacement part it looks to be about 4 in shorter than the original piece I don't know if anybody else has run into this problem I'm fairly confident it's the correct part it is the only part that comes up in any pool store when I search up my filter we have a Jacuzzi sand filter l225 C any help would be greatly appreciated.

My guess is that your filter is a L250 not a 225. Have you contacted the vendor?

ive tried but they are not returning my calls. I ordered the part for this filter. see picture.

It would be easy for someone to mislabel it. The only real difference is the height of the tank and the the height of the standpipe.

Measure what you got and measure what you need. They can compare to what they have and tell you if it's what you need or not.
