We recently noticed a soft spot on one of the steps in our pool. After having some people over yesterday theres now two large dents where it feels like the step is disintegrating below the liner. Not sure how major of a repair we’re looking at…. I’m assuming we have to drain and pull back the liner to see, unless theres a way to just cover that step. Thoughts?

Fixing the step is going to require draining and pulling back the liner. You will need to see if the liner survives that operation.
