Stains

Anyone have any recommendations for these stains. (Video) To me they look brownish. I am pretty sure they were there since pool was redone with marble blasting or whatever they call it. Our deck has dirt and I think some is there from when it was still curing. Maybe it is getting worse. I just took over pool this season and my screw up was not brushing (I thought Polaris made brushing redundant,) but since the realization, I have scrubbed pretty hard.

I see some people recommend: Ascorbic Acid, muriatic acid, Hydrochloric Acid and placing chlorine right on it. I have also seen that tool on But would be great if there was a way to know what type of stain it was.
