Stainless steel service panel bolts rusting

I've noticed that the nuts and bolts on the outside of the stainless steel service panel are rusting. Most of the rust is on the nuts and bolts towards the bottom of the pool. I assume this is from water splashing out of the skimmer while playing in the pool. Is this something I should be concerned about ?

Look like rusted steel bolts and some dissimilar metal corrosion. I'd replace with SS bolts you can get at a good marine store like West Marine. 316 would be best. 304 will do.

Those nuts and bolts should not be exposed. Normally they are covered by an upright. You could replace the nuts with ss nuts, one at a time, but you can't replace the bolts without draining the pool and pulling back the liner.
