Spill over leak

My spill over spa is leaking water through the missing/cracked grout, is this something I can DIY? Will pool leak epoxy help?

It is best to remove those top tiles and completely redo that spillover section . Those cracks look rather large in the picture.
It is best to have a tile mason help you if you are not familiar with the process.
