the blower motor attached to the the 4 jets in the lower part of the spa will not blow for more than a couple of minutes before overheating. first thought it was the blower itself and changed it out for the blower for the upper jets and that one did the same thing. i then took the jets out and ran pump in spa mode with the blower on for an hour without a problem. I was hoping to clear an obstruction with the jets out but when i reinstalled the jets the blower cut off again. i have my inteleflo vsf pump set at 35 gpm, anything higher than that and the blower motor will blow off the pipe. So i am pretty sure there is some kind of obstruction in the air line. Looking for a suggestion on how to clear the obstruction from the air line. the blower motor is approx 40 feet from the spa. the pool is only 1 year old and the blower used to work. i am having trouble getting the plumber to come out so i am trying to solve the problem myself.

Welcome to the forum.
Taking out the jets and blowing out the system was my first suggestion and you did that. If it has worked before, something had to have changed. Are the jets adjustable? Make sure they are open.

yes they are open.it works for about 2 nminutes then the motor shuts off. meaning the air blows through the jets then shuts down.
