Spa jet query

I have a 7x7 gunnite spa with the pool.
My pool guy has placed 6 jets ( 2 each on 2 walls and then 1 each on the other 2 walls).
He did 8 jets in 2 other spas for my friends.

Is there a standard of how many jets can be placed in a 7x7 spa? I think the pump is
3 HP.
Please advise. Thank you

Size of the spa is not an influence on the number of jets, the pump GPM that’s suppling the jets and the friction loss from the pump to the jets ( length of run and number of fittings ) dictates how many jets and how much power is behind them.
