Spa filters black mold ?

Hi Guys,

I have 2 sets of filters for my spa I rotate them.
I had a set cleaned sitting in basement drying ... For a while

Today I noticed on edges black mold mildew ?

Filters are about month old... Should I scrap them ?

I threw them in to bucket with liquid chlorine water but not sure if this will work ?

should be fine, I think I would be more worried about the basement and also hit it with some chlorine...
