Solar Panel Replacement Question

I have a very old Sealed Air solar panel setup (8 panels) one of the panels must be replaced, I'd like to replace all of them but cant afford it right now. The SA panels are 1.5 inch headers but I have access to a new Fafco SunSaver panel with a 2 inch header. I'm wondering if there are any issues I might run into by installing mixed header sizes?
