Solar blowing apart under preasure

I put the pool into solar mode and the pipe on the roof is blowing apart.

Is there a valve downstream of the panels which is closed but should be open?

I have a 3 way valve for solar turn on, and the output for solar on a check valve, the valve in current position puts water to solar and the return goes to a check valve facing correctly
