Yesterday i just replaced my blue one with a 14 mil clear. After 8 years the old one was still good enough i had 3 people fighting over it,
. Maybe it was the free part that did it. Now to See if the Clear is as good as they say. I have enough history to go on using the blue ones and excited to see what the clear will Really do. My "guess" is more chlorine because the sun is going right through it and will promote algae growth. They say no, time will tell.Thanks for the update. I have a blue one with tiny bubbles, maybe 8 mil, and after a few uses last year I noticed a few bubbles with crud probably mold or algae in them, and now there is a small hole in the middle. I’ll probably get a reel before I get a new cover though
A blanket without a roller is like a car with no engine and you get it towed everywhere .. If i could not have a roller i would never have a blanket. Way to much work.
