Amen to that....I hear you loud and clear. I love summer for the fact that it's swimming season, but some of the other stuff that goes with it - the mowing, weedwacking, weeding, etc. starts to get old after awhile, especially in the heat and humidity. As I get older, I can take less and less of that.
Oh yeah...I agree....we have an amazing botanical gardens in our area called Longwood - over a thousand acres, beautifully maintained - never even see as much as a dead leaf along the paths or beds. One of our all-time favorite places to visit.
