Smallest 48" high metal frame pool?

I would like to get a "temporary" above-ground pool for this summer. The space we have for it, without having to do significant installation work, can hold a 10' or 12' diameter pool, but not a 15' pool. However, our yard cannot be fenced. Town regulations (and decency) require an unfenced pool either be less than 2' deep or have walls at least 4' high. The Intex Easy Set and metal frame pools with 4' walls are at least 15' in diameter.

Is there another manufacturer for 10' or 12' pools with 4' high walls in a similar price range?
