skimmer with double gasket in intex frame pool

Hello i'm interested . I have a skimmer with double gasket also in intex frame pool . Which is the correct mounting ? In an intex frame pool ? It haven't got faceplate , only liner .

How tips for make cut the hole with 3/4 pool filled?

Not sure if I would cut a hole that large with the pool 3/4 filled. I cut mine before I put any water in.
The liner/wall of the pool goes in-between the wings of the butterfly gasket.
