Should I add bleach to pool right after uncovering?

We uncovered our 32,000 gallon inground pool today, but won't be able to finish filling with water until tomorrow. There is some dirt/debris, a few tadpoles, and some growth on areas of the liner. Since the water won't be circulating until sometime tomorrow, after bringing the water level up, would it be useful to add some liquid chlorine at the deep end now, to try and slow any increase in organic growth as the water sits overnight?
Thanks--it's great to be back on the forum!

Adding 5 ppm FC worth would not hurt. Be sure to very thoroughly brush the area after adding.

Once full, circulate and brush the pool really well then use a water sample to perform a complete set of water chemistry readings using your own test kit.

Effects of Adding.
In your pool volume, 1.5 gallons of 10% is 4.7 ppm FC.
As your pool is not full, add 1 gallon of 10%. Be sure to brush it in really well.
