Shock Xtra Blue...just dichlor?

Generally, when Clorox adds "Blue" to the name the product ends up having copper as a "secret" ingredient that may not be listed on the MSDS.

Now, in a 13,000 gallon pool, a little left over Xtra Blue probably won't hurt.

Someone has contacted Clorox about it, it does indeed contain a small amount of copper and zinc. It is also only about 60% dichlor, the rest made up of various salts. I would stick to pure dichlor, or just use CYA to raise your CYA and liquid chlorine to raise your FC.

It's 63% Sodium Dichloro-S-Triazinetrione. It also contains borates, copper, clarifier (possibly aluminum sulfate) and an unidentified inorganic salt. Generally best to avoid these combo products.
