We have an "in-ground" plaster pool that is built on a grade so one side and end are mostly exposed walls on the outside. I've been seeing these cracks with seepage that looks like mineral deposits. The pool was built in 2016. Just wondering if these are normal. The photos included are the outer wall that surrounds one of the skimmers.
