The fibreglass is pulling away from the wall creating a gap that fills with water. This is at the top where fibreglass meets the tiled rim.Before sealing, what can I use to fill the gap and in the sale time glue te fibreglass back onto the pool wall. The gap is about 1 cm and I want to diy

I would look to use foam backer rod, that comes in various sizes, to fill the gap and then some form of urethane mastic.
