Hi All,
Our PB has given us some options as far as where the water line tile will meet on dam walls, this is where a vertical wall meets a horizontal wall.
First option is doing a 45 degree cut on the tile edge and meet it up with a 45 on another tile edge, this is what I was thinking of doing originally but then the PB said this can sometimes be sharp edge, probably not cut anyone but still really do not want any sharp edges in the pool.
The other option would be to use a Schluter trim or rail, this would look great but I worry about having metal (aluminum) in a pool with salt system.
What are your opinions/advice?
John

Where the tile meets should have pool silicone sealant.. :)

LATASIL sealant is a high performance, one component, neutral cure, 100% silicone sealant designed for ceramic tile & stone applications. Uses: Exterior and interior use. Swimming pools and other wet area applications. Joints for ceramic tile & stone applications. Expansion joints in residential and commercial applications.
