We have a Bestway 58486 Pump and Filter Set.
When loading the sand into the filter, you have a minimum and max level. So we loaded to the max and ran the filter. When we later looked in the filter tank (after a weeks usage) the sand has (obviously) settled. However, it has settled to below the minimum level.
So it raised a question. Does the sand need to be between minimum and maximum when the sand is first filled, or when the sand has settled after usage?
The reason I ask is that we topped up the sand once we noticed it was below the minimum after settling/weeks use. Was that wrong?
