Hi Guys, I can't find a way to get out the little piles of sand at bottom of pool that are created by the cleaning heads. If I use a regular net on a pole, sand falls right through. Thanks

vacuum it out...or you can push to drains if you have them...either way, it's going to end up in your filtering cartridges...
This is exactly what I do.

Though I am still trying to tweak nozzle sizing, directional synch, pump rpm, etc to minimize/eliminate the 2 or 3 little piles of sand (dead spots) that I get. Ideally, the cleaning system shouldn't leave piles. :)

What kind of vacuum do I need. I have a cleaning system so I don't have a vacuum. :)

I just have something like this, with a 50 foot hose that plugs into the bottom of my skimmer. Your setup may be different, so you may need to describe it for others here to give you better advice.

Google Express

And just to be clear, I only use the hose-to-skimmer vacuum for small stuff and pollen dust. I don't think it's advisable to vacuum up bigger leaves that could clog the plumbing.
