First off how in the nine hells does this happen? The bladder in the lid is completely inflated. One would think that if water came in, air would have come out. Does anyone else have this problem? Is this covered under warranty?

Thanks!

Condensation, perhaps? The only way to know if its covered is to ask the dealer.

My cover is a solid piece of foam board with a vinyl cover, and it gets some water in there from around the zipper and drain holes. I've never seen a cover with an air bladder?

It cant be from condensation because its like a couple of cups of water! That's pretty significant in my opinion...

It's an inflatable spa, so it has an inflatable cover too.
