Salt generator system error

[FONT=&quot]Having some trouble with the salt generator. Had it wired up this morning and everything looked fine. Came home, I’d say about 6hours later, and the generator was light on “system error”. I tried resetting the breaker, checking all the connections, and everything seems good. It’s now after a minute or 2 going straight to system error. What I am finding though is if I turn off the timer and on again, the generator stays on without the error for several hours. If anyone has answers for what’s going on here, it would very much be appreciated. Thanks[/FONT]

Have you checked your owners manual? The online one I just reviewed shows a number of conditions that can cause the Service Light to illuminate.

Yea I’ve checked the water flow, connections, and a bunch of other things. The salt level is a little low (which I am fixing this morning) but there’s a light indicator for that that is not blinking. The cell being dirty shouldn’t b an issue considering it’s brand new out of the box about 3 weeks ago.
